Verso:
Hacconby Staufield
Land Tax Assessment 1817 —
Footnotes.
1. ^ This could be read as Stenfield
and is probably Stainfiled (TF0825), which is in Haconby Parish (OS
1:25,000 1st Series: TF02). Compare the name in the title on the verso.
2. ^ This looks like A. but the H of Hackonby is similarly written, as is the St of Stenfield.
3. ^ The first name is thoroughly crossed out and is hard to interpret.
Though it is probably Brittain, it might be Bullard.
The second d of Stradden is inserted with a caret.
