The copy which I use, belonging to the Willoughby Memorial Library, has been rebound with its pages interleaved with blank sheets 292 x 228 mm, upon which manuscript entries extending the printed work, have been added in a late 19^th century hand. Manley and Corringham lay in north-western Lindsey, adjoining the Trent and Humber. The preface is dated Bottesford Manor, Brigg, 22^nd December 1876.
