281 pp. 222 x 135 mm. The copy which I use, belonging to the Willoughby Memorial Library, has been rebound with its pages interleaved with blank sheets 292 x 228 mm, upon which manuscript entries extending the printed work, have been added in a late 19th century hand. Manley and Corringham lay in north-western Lindsey, adjoining the Trent and Humber. The preface is dated Bottesford Manor, Brigg, 22nd December 1876.
